The house has got a living area of 390 m², spread over 3 floors. It has an initial capacity of 15 beds but it can
be increased up to a total of 22 beds. Consult in the case of larger groups.

- Living room: it’s got a TV, a sofa, a table with chairs and a fireplace.

- Dining room: it’s large with a central table, which is ideal for making meals with a lot of people.

- Living room: it’s got a TV, two sofas and a place to play billiard.
- Five bedrooms: two of them are double rooms and the others are equipped with individual beds.

Outside
The house’s got a large outside area. In this area, there is a football field, a volleyball court, a track of basketball, an
elastic bed, a zip-line, a petanque area and a children’s area (with swings, slide and a little wooden house that inside
of it there are some games).
In the frontal part of the house there is a large parking area for vehicles. There is also the salt swimming pool, totally
fenced. There is a fully equipped outdoor dining room with tables, chairs, free table football and a great BBQ.
The house has tennis courts in five minutes away from it. It has got a Jacuzzi service, too. Bus stop 900 meters away.
